I enjoyed these two books because they have a
spiritual overtone to them. Karol's book goes in depth
about old feelings, habits, etc. that stay with us and overshadow
our life. She has an excellent exercise she calls the "script" that
can be used to help with any situation a person may need to resolve.
The focus is on what we say, think, and do in our lives that
effect our happiness.
Mr. Millmans' book is a wonderful story
of meeting an old man who helped him become more than he ever
thought he could be. His whole life changed and it has turned
out very different than the one he imagined. This book will inspire
you and at the same time let you know this kind of powerful change
isn't just for "special" people. Anyone can
make it happen for them. |
