If a person is not happy with their purchase, then I do not want
their money!

So, I offer the following guarantee . . .
Products:
If you're not satisfied with the quality and usefulness
of a product, simply send a contact message and return the product
within 90 days of purchase. I will refund your original purchase
price you paid for the product.
Just use the 'Contact De' feature and submit a ticket. Please
include the following in your message:
- I have removed all copies of the product from my computer
- I have not sold or shared this product with anybody else
- I have removed all links to the download site
Please include any reason(s) you were not satisfied with the
product. Even if it includes that your are not ready at this
time in your life.
Services:
If at any time you decide the service, package, or subscription
you've purchased is just not working for you, simply send
me a contact message and I will issue a refund for any unused
portion of your service, subscription, or package.
** If you decide on a refund, it would help me a great deal
to know why you weren't satisfied with the product or service.
Even if it includes that your are not ready at this time. This
will help me in making any needed improvements, repairing website
